Need help tracking site variations

Hi,

I'm Michael Dunn, Operations Director at Ridgeway Build Group in Nottingham. We run about 14 live sites and our variation orders are managed on spreadsheets and email — we lost roughly £60k last year in unbilled variations.

We'd like a system where site managers log variations on a phone, get client sign-off, and it flows into our invoicing. We have a big framework contract starting in 6 weeks so this is fairly pressing.
